If your organisation is registered on Connecting Up as a non-profit, you can sign up for free access to Google Apps for Non-Profits or discounted software licenses for Microsoft Office software (including Outlook and Exchange).

Using Microsoft or Google’s email app can reduce your software license costs, and can make it easier for your staff or volunteers to access their email anywhere they can connect to the internet. For customers who currently host their own email inboxes, it also gives you the flexibility to move your website hosting to a provider who doesn’t offer email hosting. This may reduce your website hosting costs as well.

We can also integrate Microsoft Office (eg Excel) or Google Apps (eg Google Sheets) with your CiviCRM installation, making it easier to share tables, charts, and data visualisations with managers or with staff who don’t have access to CiviCRM. For example, you might want to share a listing of Contribution activity with your organisation’s accountant, or you may want to set up a reporting dashboard for managers showing recent activity in graphic form.
